Nine-year-old Andrew Ouimet of Haileybury was one of about 60 kids who took part in the Temiskaming Track Club’s (TTC) inaugural Sunday morning introduction to track and field at Timiskaming District Secondary School on April 19. There was running and jumping and other means of working out and having
