DISTRICT (Staff) -- The District of Timiskaming Social Services Administration Board (DTSSAB) has delivered its budget for 2015.DTSSAB uses a complex apportionment formula to determine how much each municipality must contribute. The formula used is based on the number of caseloads, population, assessment, and the number of households.
