Winter weather travel advisory

From Environment Canada February 15:

Winter weather travel advisory in effect. Hazards: Locally heavy snowfall with total accumulations of 10 to 15 cm. Reduced visibility in heavy snow.

Timing: Late this morning through tonight.

Snow, at times heavy, will begin late this morning and continue tonight before tapering off by Friday morning. Northwest winds gusting to 50 km/h tonight may result in localized blowing snow in exposed areas. Travel may be hazardous due to sudden changes in the weather. Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become difficult to navigate due to accumulating snow. Take extra care when walking or driving in affected areas.
