COBALT (Special/Staff) – The local arts scene has received a federal fiscal helping hand.Pied Piper Kidshows, which offers an annual series of children’s entertainment, has received $22,000 from the Canadian Arts Presentation Fund.Pied Piper is a volunteer-run, non-profit organization that has been bringing live children’s entertainment to
