State of emergency lifted

Temiskaming Shores has lifted the state of emergency it declared May 9.

The city advised today (May 28):

“The Emergency Control Group for the City of Temiskaming Shores wishes to advise that the declared State of Emergency has been terminated.

“As the water levels remain higher than normal, the public is still urged to use caution.

“We thank you for your continued cooperation at this time.”
