Seniors scaling snowbanks

Dear Editor,I was totally disgusted with the Town of Cobalt on March 25, 2016.I am a volunteer driver for St. Patrick’s Parish and pick up seniors who don’t drive.Everyone is aware of the amount of snow that fell throughout the day and night on March 24.
