GOWGANDA (Special) – Three kilometres of Highway 560 in the Gowganda area will be reconstructed this summer, at a cost of $2.9 million.Miller Paving Ltd. has been awarded the contract for the work, which is to be completed by the fall.The reconstruction includes resurfacing, frost-heave treatments, drainage
