NORTH COBALT – The fourth annual Keepers of the Circle pow wow to mark National Indigenous Peoples Day is set for Saturday.

However, due to inclement weather, the location has been changed to the Earlton arena at 10 6th Avenue. Grand entry is at 10 a.m.

A sunrise ceremony will still be held at the Mill Creek cultural grounds in North Cobalt, beginning at 6 a.m.
