Darlene Wroe Speaker Reporter NEW LISKEARD — A few hundred people, committees and businesses from across Temiskaming and its neighbouring Quebec counterpart, Temiscamingue, have banded together to create the second annual feast for the eyes, ears, tastebuds and general Christmas goodwill.The annual BIA Festival of Lights, the Lions
