DISTRICT — Because of dry conditions in the bush and an extreme forest fire danger,  a fire ban has been issued covering the City of Temiskaming Shores, Harris Township, Englehart, Temagami, Coleman Township and Cobalt as of Wednesday, June 3.

All burning permits are suspended and all open-air fires are prohibited until further notice.
