It was a cold catch last weekend for Paul Jibb as he reeled in the heaviest fish (two pounds 12 ounces) to claim first place on Saturday, March 11. The occasion was the 13th annual Elk Lake Fish On Derby on the Montreal River. Conditions during the derby were
