DISTRICT – All schools under the Northeastern Catholic District School Board will be closed tomorrow (Tuesday, January 21) as Ontario English Catholic Teachers’ Association members stage a one-day, province-wide strike.

Rotating strikes by the Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario, meanwhile, will hit District School Board Ontario North East on Friday, January 24.

All elementary schools under the Ontario North East board, including grade 7 and 8 wings located in high schools, will close for the day. High school classes will continue.
