Diane Johnston Speaker Reporter TEMISKAMING SHORES – Temagami First Nation wants to put a youth program centred on the canoe on solid ground, so to speak.It’s been awarded $75,000 from the Ontario Trillium Foundation to enhance a program for the revitalization of canoe culture.The program, which enabled
