TEMISKAMING SHORES (Staff) – The city is preparing for fun in the sun – when spring arrives.Temiskaming Shores staff are preparing for the seasonal switch on the recreational front, said Councillor Mike McArthur, who sits on the recreation services committee.This year will see the installation of new
