TFN winter road gets $16,200
BEAR ISLAND (Special) – Temagami First Nation is receiving $16,200 this year to build the 12-kilometre winter road from the Lake Temagami Access Road to Bear Island.It’s among the shortest roads in a 3,187-kilometre temporary road network connecting First Nations to other transportation routes.The province announced $4.7-million last week for
