Celine Ethier stands beside the new billboard placed near Thornloe along Highway 11 which shows items of clothing her daughter Melanie was wearing when she went missing 30 years ago. Ethier is hoping the billboard and another south of Latchford, both created by the Temiskaming OPP, are a sign of things to come with new tips being generated about her daughter’s disappearance.
