The New Liskeard Cubs held a successful spring training camp with 51 participants from April 24-26 at the Don Shepherdson Memorial Arena. The camp ended with a Black and Gold game on Sunday which saw Team Black defeat Team Gold 5-3. In the first period of that game, goalie Owen Lamothe comes up with a save from a shot off the stick of Team Gold’s Greg Palangio, with Team Black defender Trystan Lachapelle close by.
