The New Liskeard Cubs took it to the Timmins Majors in exhibition play last weekend, winning both the home and the away game. At home September 5 the Cubs won 3-2 with goalie Morgan Hyndman standing tall in the net, while Cub player Liam Major skates out of his end with a Timmins player at his side.
