Organizers Christine Walsh and Elizabeth Soutar turned over monies on January 12 to three area food banks thanks to their New Year’s Eve On the Lake Fireworks fundraiser. They raised $20,611 to be split between the Cobalt Coleman Latchford and Area Food Bank, the Haileybury Food Bank and the Salvation Army Food Bank in New Liskeard.
