Ontario Northland employees unloaded a slew of concrete barriers at the Right-of-Way headframe on March 19. The concrete barriers were also placed at the Townsite headframe in Cobalt to prevent the public from accessing the sites. Both locations will undergo an environmental assessment in the coming weeks.
