TEMISKAMING SHORES (Staff) – An Armstrong Township man faces a drug-related charge after police stopped a pedestrian in New Liskeard they described as acting suspiciously.Temiskaming Ontario Provincial Police said they stopped a pedestrian on Lakeshore Road shortly before 11 p.m.
