LATCHFORD (Staff) — The Temiskaming Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police conducted a speed enforcement exercise on October 26, shortly before 10:30 a.m.A vehicle was observed travelling more than 120 kilometers per hour (km/h) in a posted 60 km/h zone, on Highway 11 in Latchford.
