Darlene Wroe Speaker Reporter ARMSTRONG TOWNSHIP – Armstrong Township ratepayers had an opportunity to meet and question their municipal candidates Tuesday, October 2, at the Earlton arena.The event was organized by the Temiskaming Shores and Area Chamber of Commerce and emceed by Rejeanne Belisle-Massie.Over 30 people attended the event to hear the
