LATCHFORD (Staff) — Highway 11 south of Latchford was completely opened to traffic early Friday afternoon after a truck flipped over on the road and had to be cleared, according to the Temiskaming District Road Safety Coalition.

Highway traffic was slowed to alternating lanes during the vehicle removal this morning and early afternoon.
