Darlene Wroe Speaker Reporter COBALT — Cobalt council is pondering whether it would like to participate in a newly proposed Temiskaming Municipal Services Corporation.At council’s Tuesday, August 15 meeting, council was advised by town chief administrative officer Michelle Larose that the Temiskaming Municipal Building Association (TMBA) has been advised by a law
