TEMISKAMING SHORES (Staff) – Recreation, culture, education, and services for people in need will all benefit from the Frog’s Breath Foundation this year.It will distribute more than $200,000 to organizations and projects across Temiskaming in 2017.The recipients were announced by Peter Grant, who created the not-for-profit
