Allow me in my humble capacity as a sport and recreation enthusiast to award the City of Temiskaming Shores Recreation/Leisure Services Department a gold medal for their performance last week during a public meeting held at the Riverside Place.What a fantastic idea to host a public meeting concerning recreation to
