Diane Johnston Speaker Reporter EARLTON – The Temiskaming Municipal Association is boarding the latest effort to restore passenger train service between Cochrane and Toronto.The association is providing $5,000 to help build a case for the revival of service along the route of the Northlander, which was discontinued in 2012.A citizens’ group, All
