Farm tractor driver charged in collision
EVANTUREL (Staff) – The driver of a farm tractor has been charged after a collision on Highway 11 near Englehart that left one woman injured.Temiskaming Ontario Provincial Police say an unlit farm tractor towing a hay wagon was northbound near Kirbyson Road at about 7:45 p.m. September 25.
Hwy. 11 Reopened
DISTRICT (Staff) – Highway 11 south of New Liskeard is now reopened to traffic following an early morning (Thursday, September 11) crash which claimed the life of a North Cobalt man.
The Temiskaming Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police said Highway 11 was now open at 2:30 pm.
The highway had been closed since approximately 5 a.m. and traffic was rerouted through New Liskeard.
Hwy.11 closed due to accident
DISTRICT (Staff) – The Temiskaming detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police report that Highway 11 has been closed and traffic rerouted as the result of an early morning collision between a transport and a motor vehicle.
Police say the incident happened three kilometers south of New Liskeard.
