KIRKLAND LAKE (Special) – A fire that required provincial help to extinguish has left a Charlton man with a bill for more than $3,000.The Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry reports that a fine and bill for firefighting costs related to a 2013 fire were levied earlier
