Diane Johnston Speaker Reporter TEMISKAMING SHORES – There have been some staffing changes at city hall.Temiskaming Shores Mayor Carman Kidd confirmed that three staffers – community growth and planning director Karen Beauchamp, chief building official (CBO) Norm Desjardins, and bylaw and property standards officer Matt Del Monte –
