Snowfall warning in effect for:

* Kirkland Lake – Englehart
* New Liskeard – Temagami

A long period of snowfall, with total amounts of close to 25 cm expected.

A slow-moving disturbance currently over central Lake Superior will work its way eastwards over Northeastern Ontario Saturday. Periods of snow have occurred overnight and will continue intermittently tonight with more organized snow Saturday. Accumulations of roughly 5 cm may be expected tonight with another 15 cm or so Saturday. It is expected to taper off Saturday night.

Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow.

Snowfall Warnings are issued when significant snowfall is expected.
