ENGLEHART (Staff ) – The Englehart Area Artists will be extending the Christmas season in Englehart this year by holding their annual art exhibition and sale a week early.

The traditional display of art, crafts, birdhouses, pottery, wreaths, swags and cards, held at the Rebekah Hall during the Unveiling of Christmas event on the third weekend of November, will this year take place on the second weekend of November, according to club representative Karen Pilch. 

The paintings which will be on display have the common theme of winter, noted Pilch.

Those wishing to prepare for Christmas will find much of what they need at the hall on Friday, November 8, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday, November 9, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.

The artists will be serving tea and goodies for visitors who come in to enjoy the show.
