Herbert Joseph Baxter, born July 10, 1931, in Brownsburg Village, Quebec, died November 17, 2018, in Toronto, Ontario.He was predeceased by his parents Ernest George Baxter (1901-1967) and Mary Marguerite (née Eyre) (1902-2000), and his sister Elizabeth Mary Baxter (1929-1992).He is survived by his brother George William Baxter and wife
