Dear Editor:On Sunday morning taking my dog for a walk, there was a bank of ice and snow ploughed in across the entrance/exit to Cedar Street.I am handicapped and use an electric scooter for transportation. I got part way through the barricade and was struck.A passing gentleman stopped
