Freezing rain warning in effect for:

New Liskeard – Temagami
Freezing rain is expected Wednesday morning.

Snow is forecast to begin this evening and could be heavy at times with 5 to 10 cm possible before it becomes mixed with ice pellets overnight. Snow and ice pellets are expected to transition to a period of freezing rain Wednesday morning and then change over to all rain near midday Wednesday.

Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become icy and slippery. Take extra care when walking or driving in affected areas. Poor weather conditions may contribute to transportation delays.
