Darlene Wroe Speaker Reporter THORNLOE – A dark intersection on Highway 11 is the subject of local efforts to get ministry approval for lighting.The intersection at Highway 11 and Highway 562, which leads into Thornloe Village, is unlit.Thornloe Village council has been lobbying for the Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO) to place
