After a two year battle with cancer, Cecil L. Shaw of New Liskeard died at the Temiskaming Hospital on June 7, 2016.He was born in Baxter, Ontario, on July 21, 1932, to Lawrence and Gladys Shaw.Educated in Baxter and Alliston, he moved to this area in 1954
