Watershed statement affects Temagami-Latchford

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry – North Bay District is advising area residents that a Watershed Conditions Statement – Water Safety is in effect for the District.April 3: A low pressure system is moving northeasterly through the Lake Huron region and along the western side of southern Ontario.

Environment Canada advised early this morning (March 27) that a long-lasting period of freezing rain resulting in ice accumulation is expected or occurring.School buses have been cancelled.Temperatures continue to hover near or just below the zero degree mark.
