Former Temiskaming resident Evison Laffrenier now lives in Brantford, but he returned on Victoria Day weekend to visit old friend Jean-Guy Chartrand in Hilliard and do a little fishing. The sun was shining but fish proved elusive for Mr. Laffrenier. However, he said the anglers a little upstream at
