Police have confirmed that the deceased man whose body was located in New Liskeard earlier this week is Eloi Langlois, 46, of Haileybury.An 18-year-old New Liskeard man, Curtis Johnas Rundle, has been charged with first degree murder.He will appear February 4 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Haileybury.Temiskaming Ontario
