TEMISKAMING SHORES (Staff) – A Kirkland Lake resident has been charged after police stopped what they described as a speeding vehicle.Temiskaming Ontario Provincial Police say an officer on patrol on Highway 11 near Haileybury stopped a northbound vehicle at about 10:20 p.m. July 4.A 44-year-old has been
