Diane Johnston Speaker Reporter TORONTO – Police are investigating damage to a meteorological tower erected in the Lorrain Valley in conjunction with a proposed wind power development.Temiskaming Ontario Provincial Police say the damage occurred sometime between June and November 24, leaving the tower inoperable.Police are appealing to
