Charges laid in fatal crash
(Staff) – Charges have been laid following the death of a Latchford man in a tractor-trailer collision near Matheson last week.Gary Messenger, 61, of Latchford was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, which occurred January 11 on Highway 11 in Taylor Township.Ontario Provincial Police report
