$2.2 million project – Long-awaited North Cobalt water upgrade starts

Diane Johnston Speaker Reporter TEMISKAMING SHORES – Installation of a second water line into North Cobalt is expected to begin after Labour Day weekend.The $2.2 million project is anticipated to be completed by the end of the year, said Doug Walsh, director of public works for Temiskaming Shores.
