Dear Editor:Something to ponder….how is this for an idea?Why not initiate a “PILOT PROJECT” that incorporates a buried electric heater cable into the centre line of two way cold weather highways that normally require extensive plowing, sanding, and salting to alleviate road hazard traffic fatalities?Pros and cons, no more snow-covered
