Dear Editor:I attended a presentation recently by Gil Penelosa here in Temiskaming Shores. He leads a movement to help communities become safe accessible to people from 8 to 80: if 8-year olds and 80-year olds can get around and feel safe, then it’s likely the rest of us can too.
