NORTH BAY – The flood warning has been extended for residents of the Tilden Lake area, including Gladman, Lyman and Notman townships, until April 28.
The North Bay district of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry reports that water levels are beginning to recede. However, area residents are still being impacted by flooding and some roads may continue to be impassable.
Residents are encouraged to continue monitoring conditions.
No significant precipitation is expected over the next four days and only minimal amounts of snow is expected.
Daytime temperatures will remain around 5 degrees C until Thursday when temperatures will begin to increase.
Nighttime temperatures will stay just below the freezing mark until Thursday when they increase and begin to stay above freezing.
