Further arrests in fraud investigation

Preparing for November 11

In preparation for Remembrance Day, George Dukovac has been raking up the leaves around the New Liskeard cenotaph, the New Liskeard library and down Wellington Street past The Temiskaming Speaker office since 1993 when he retired. Many of the leaves are from the towering oak trees in the area.
