HUMAN SUNDAE Chocolate sauce, whipped cream, caramel sauce and candy sprinkles are all key ingredients in any ice cream sundae. They were also the ingredients poured on the principal and vice principal at Ecole catholique St-Michel on the last day of school June 20. Students were told if they met a fundraising challenge of $10,000 they could decorate the principals as sundaes. Of course the students exceeded their fundraising challenge to the tune of $13,235 for the Heart and Stroke Foundation during a Jump Rope For Heart event.
